In every town
Spirit Center and Supply Shop
Look for the teal roof and the white lotus. Every town has a Spirit Center, where tired spirits are healed for free, and a Supply Shop with a turmeric roof right beside it.

Welcome to the Spirit Center! Let me take your spirits for a moment... There. They are glowing again.
The Spirit Center
Bright, friendly and open at every hour. Walk up to the counter and the nurse sets your spirits on the healing discs under a soft blue light. A few seconds later they are good as new.
Free healing
Hand over your team at the counter and every spirit is healed. It never costs a thing.
The spirit terminal
Spirits you can't carry are kept safe here, each under its own name. Swap your team at the terminals by the wall.
A place to rest
Sofas, plants, a vending machine and people with news from the road. Every Center has the same lotus at the door.
The Supply Shop
Next door, under the turmeric roof with the bag-and-leaf sign. Shelves of remedies, Seal Charges and things for the road, and a clerk who knows what you'll need.
On the shelves
- Seal Charge
- An energy charge for your Spirit Device. Its light ring holds a tired wild spirit.
- Bloom Charge
- A stronger, jasmine-scented charge. Spirits find its light ring harder to leave.
- Herbal Brew
- A bitter herbal brew. Cures any status.
- Neem Paste
- Cooling neem leaf paste. Cures burns and poison.
- Calm Incense
- A sweet, steady smoke. For 100 steps, weaker wild spirits keep their distance.
- Return Thread
- A red thread that remembers the way in. Inside a cave, it leads you back out.
Some towns stock extra things of their own, like hill honey in the hills.
Meet the nurses
Eight nurses run the Spirit Centers across the Five Lands. They all wear the same teal and white, each with her own flower in her hair.
